B.Tech Computer Science teaches students in fundamental subjects such as the philosophy of information and scripting, algorithms and data structures, the theory of programming languages, formal methods, applied computer science, etc. Students may opt for a position in the industry or go into the field of science after graduating in B.Tech Computer Science. Well, Computer science is a very large area which only teaches the fundamentals to you. B.Tech CSE teaches the fundamentals of a variety of other CSE areas, such as networking, operating systems, database administration, programming, etc. A student has an option to pursue a job in the IT field or to be an entrepreneur after obtaining a B.Tech in Computer Science. A B.Tech graduate's salary is about 3.5 lacs per annum, based on the profile selected. For GATE, whose scorecard is considered by government agencies for recruiting, students may also turn up. In addition, internships during vacation can be rewarding. Also, Participating in Hackathons and tech fests programmes offers students an ability to discuss and learn more about their course and gives them the practical knowledge. Hence, students who are pursuing this course has a better career opportunity overall.
